Mengting Ouyang is a textile and fashion designer based in New York.

She attended the BFA Fashion Program at Savannah College of Art and Design and MFA in Textile at The New School Parsons.

She designs her artworks based on sculptures, paintings, psychology, and social issues. She is obsessed with combining non-fiber materials with traditional techniques.
